1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the owner of the website https://drops.115.studio, VADIM SOLUTIONS LTD (the "Administration" or "Operator"), and an Internet user (the "User").

1.2. The Website provides access to an entertainment service that includes:

• participation in giveaways;
• obtaining and collecting virtual items (Drops);
• interaction with content on streaming platforms.

1.3. Use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Terms and Definitions

• User: a person using the Website
• Account: a user's account
• Drops: virtual digital items used within the Service
• Giveaway: a game mechanic through which the User may obtain virtual items

3. Subject Matter of the Agreement

3.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Website's functionality under this Agreement.

3.2. The Service is intended solely for entertainment.

3.3. The Website does not constitute:

• gambling;
• bookmaking activities;
• a lottery within the meaning of Russian Federation law;
• advertising of prohibited products and/or products subject to licensing.

4. Registration and Authentication

4.1. Authentication is carried out through third-party services (Telegram, Twitch, Steam).

4.2. The User consents to the processing of data, including:

• Telegram ID, first and last name;
• Twitch ID, username;
• Steam trade link;
• IP address;
• stream viewing data;
• OAuth tokens (in encrypted form).

4.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

5. Virtual Items

5.1. Drops:

• are virtual items;
• have no monetary value;
• do not constitute property within the meaning of Russian Federation law.

5.2. The User does not acquire ownership rights to Drops.

5.3. The Administration may:

• modify the characteristics of Drops;
• delete them;
• credit or deduct them without giving reasons.

6. Prohibited Actions and Sanctions

The following are prohibited:

• using bots;
• artificially inflating views;
• circumventing restrictions;
• interfering with the operation of the Service.

The Administration may:

• block an Account;
• delete data;
• invalidate results;
• delete virtual assets without notice or explanation.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Administration does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation of the Service;
• that the Service will meet the User's subjective expectations.

7.2. The Administration is not liable for:

• actions of third-party services;
• loss of data;
• technical failures.

8. Personal Data

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

8.2. Use of the Website constitutes consent to the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All elements of the Website belong to the Administration.

9.2. Any copying or use without the Administration's written permission is prohibited.
